Dear Parishioners
The Debenham Parish Council will be holding an Extraordinary Meeting in order to consider the recent planning application by Taylor Wimpey for 295 houses on Gracechurch Street.
The meeting is open to the public but should you be unable to attend and still wish to make representation, please e-mail your comments to Debenham.pc@btinternet.com and they will be circulated to councillors.
You may also wish to submit your comments to the planning authority and your MSDC Ward Member, District Cllr Kathie Guthrie.
Details of the agenda can be found on our website- please follow this link: http://www.debenham.onesuffolk.net/parish-council-2/useful-papers/minutes-and-reports-for-2020/
Many thanks.
The meeting is open to all and there will be an opportunity for members of the public to speak before councillors discuss the matter.
